Let’s be honest: The team at LRM Interior Design loves any excuse to decorate, and any holiday gives us the perfect excuse. Think we’re exaggerating? Check back at Valentine’s Day.

Bathroom lighting will never be the same again.
Orange County has its share of bars and clubs, but not quite on the scale of cities like San Francisco, Miami, New York or London. In big cities like that, you have to concentrate on being the next big thing, even before anyone knows what it is. As a bar or club owner, you need to create the trends so that the place is packed every night.
And how do you do that? How do you create cutting-edge design in a place that is likely going to be dark and (hopefully) packed with people? You hire a talented interior design firm. All of us at LRM Interior Design are on the hunt for a high-end, luxe bar or club to redesign or relaunch, and while we’re looking, newest designer to the team Melissa Morgan had a few ideas. The Castel chair's fretwork on its back is elegant and contemporary.
Everyone at LRM Interior Design is loving the Jacques Garcia Collection from Baker Furniture, especially Lisa McDennon and Kari Seydewitz.
“The lines of this collection are so clean, yet fresh and contemporary,” says Lisa McDennon, principal of LRMID. “I love the curves and detailing on the Saint-Tropez cocktail table and the Madrague lamp table.”
The Baker company has been making fine furniture since the 1920s, creating pieces that are “fashionable, collectible and superbly crafted in the Old World way,” as Baker puts it. Not one to rest on the laurels of their reputation, Baker has brought Jacques Garcia Collection to the United States in 2004. (read the rest of this post…)
